The answer to both is an emphatic yes. Yes Keegan Bradley, who will captain the U.S. Ryder Cup team at Bethpage Black in September, should consider writing his name down on the lineup card. He would be the first captain to play in the Ryder Cup since Arnold Palmer in 1963.
