The final week of the Home Run Baseball Program recently proved to be the most exciting of the season with both games being well-played, close contests. It was a long morning of baseball but a true “finger-nail biter” for the large crowd of fans. Doc Walker fired up his D-Backs and took full advantage of the absence of Coach Jimmy Hidden who was at Cooperstown (the only acceptable excuse). Home Run Commissioner Greg Allain took charge of the Dodgers but was clearly outfoxed by Walker.

D-Backs 3, Dodgers 1 (5 innings) — Dodger's David “Lefty” Silvia pitched a complete game and helped his cause with a single, while his twin brother, Austin, added a single and a double.
