BERLIN — A bit of Berlin history is for sale. It’s the Brown Company House homestead at 961 Main St., a multi-floor home where the family of the pulp and paper manufacturer once lived and guests visited. It was built in the style of Greek Revival architecture.

Tri-County Community Action Program, which has owned the building since 2011, is looking to sell it so that it can focus on its core mission of offering social, economic and educational opportunities to people in Coos, Grafton and Carroll Counties.
