Harrisburg, Pa. — A group of advocates including the Dads’ Resource Center and National Parents Organization have started a petition to urge the Pa. House to vote on House Bill 1499, introduced by State Rep. Jamie Flick.

The bill aligns with the organizations’ goals of advocating for fairness in custody determinations and giving children the stability, support, and sustained and equal involvement of both parents as long as they are willing and fit.
