The valley's west side mountain biking trails, namely the Moat trail system in the White Mountain National Forest, has been the recipient of much love this season. The Forest Service and volunteers from the White Mountains chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association recently teamed up to install trail signs. Now the love's spreading to the valley's east side.

The valley's east side trails are noted for a few hubs. Whitaker Woods has some easy family friendly trails at the base of a hill while those seeking some cardio-pumping action tend to wind up and down the system.
