Carroll County commissioners were allocated $25,000 by the delegation to study of the feasibility of the county providing assisted living facilities. There has been talk of the county placing such a facility in the Mount Washington Valley. He recommended that commissioners focus on adding assisted living facilities to the Mountain View nursing home in Ossipee.
