Like John Lennon’s murder or the explosion of the Space Shuttle Challenger, the Sept. 11 terror attack in 2001 is one of those events that we all remember exactly where we were and what we were doing when we first learned of them. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, then New Hampshire’s governor, said she was attending a conference in Washington, D.C., at the time, and said, “I’ll never forget seeing the smoke rising from the Pentagon.”

This week’s TeleTalk question: Where were you on Sept. 11, 2001, when you first heard that planes had crashed into the World Trade Center?
