A predicted Republican rout Nov. 8 turned into an overall unexpected win for Democrats nationally and statewide.  At the top of the ticket, many Granite Staters split their tickets by rejecting Republican election-deniers Donald Buldoc and Karoline Leavitt and reelecting Gov. Chris Sununu, as well as the Executive Council, which is 4-1 Republican dominated.  Locally, in Conway, Bartlett and Jackson, the Republicans were trounced, with all the five district rep. seats going to Democrats, which included ousting Rep. Karen Umberger, who is chair of the powerful Finance Committee.
