Thank you to Carol, Jeff, and the superb staff of Stone Mountain Arts Center for a wonderful benefit concert last week for Mountain Top Music Center. Fryeburg Academy alum, Heather Masse, and the Wailin’ Jennys performed their beautifully harmonized and creatively arranged songbook for a packed house of friends, family and fans. With many of Heather’s former teachers in the audience, her performance exemplified what can be achieved with hard work, good training, and the tenacity to go after one’s dream. The faculty and staff of Mountain Top Music Center are grateful to the Jennys and Stone Mountain Arts Center for supporting our mission to inspire and guide musicians and music listeners of all ages. We would also like to thank White Horse Press for their generous sponsorship of the event.
