You recently published letters from several prominent Republicans taking shots at their opponents and apparently expecting readers to buy their remarks.

I agree. As a lifelong Republican, until 2016 when Donald Trump received the nomination, I have viewed the two-party system as a choice of the lesser of two evils because all politics, besides being local, is corrupt. Therefore one must choose who will do the least harm rather than who will do the most good in most cases. That is especially true in the midterms coming up. A vote for ANY Republican is a vote against our constitutional democratic republic period.
