To the editor:

On Oct. 19, the Sun published a column from Susan Bruce entitled “Vote to Amend?” In it, she urged voters to reject an amendment to the New Hampshire Constitution (CACR 15) that said, “relating to legal actions. Providing that taxpayers have standing to bring action against the government.” She also provided guidance for voters seeking to read the amendment on line.
