Deirdre McEachern’s lifelong work as a negotiator and certified New Hampshire Peacekeeper makes her exactly the kind of leader our state Legislature needs. Peacekeeper training teaches how important listening and connection are to calming high-emotion gatherings — hearing people out and finding common ground before situations escalate.
