This is the first year a school spending cap is allowed in N.H.

Thanks. Some good insights into per-pupil spending. The bottom line is that property taxes account for 60 to 70 percent of public school spending because New Hampshire ranks last in the US (yes, 50th) for state support for each student. And, of course, property values vary greatly across the state creating harsh financial burdens and instructional inequities.
