To the editor:

It has come to my attention that there are bigger problems looming with allowing STRs in residential areas. Along with the lobbyists, like Realtors and second-home owners from out of state who stand to profit from investing in these businesses, there is another threat. Wall Street is now getting into the act and investing in the STR market.
