To the editor:

I guess with the upcoming midterm elections, many people are expressing their opinions on political issues in the Sun. I often read with dismay letters to the editor or articles pointing out the supposed flaws of President Donald Trump, the Republicans and sometimes a specific candidate. While politicking currently makes sense, it still bothers me that many of the allegations are not supported by any facts. Just calling someone a liar or corrupt is unfair. Facts should be provided.
