To the editor:

This is why we do what we do. Kevin’s love for the sport of skateboarding.

Never having a place to go to do his sport. Think about the children wanting to do a sport and not having a ball field to play baseball or a football field to play football, a track to run, a basketball court to play basketball, a soccer field. Why is skateboarding any different? 

This is something the town has needed for years. Think of the joy it will bring for children of every age to have a place to go and practice their sport. 

This Christmas, think about at least supporting it through word of mouth. Money is important of course, but support from the Mount Washington Valley is the No. 1 thing we need! Please get behind us and help us find an acre of land to build this park and then the money will come. We will be eligible for grants and people will see that we are serious when we say, “This is going to happen!”
