To the editor:

As many have heard our long time public servant Executive Councilor Raymond Burton passed away recently, who provided us with a tremendous legacy of public service to the State Of New Hampshire. I had the pleasure of knowing Ray and worked with him on many projects and with constituents throughout Carroll County over the years.
