Judy Collins is on her farewell tour, and on August 15 she graced the Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield, Maine. How appropriate. Send in the clowns? Clowns present and accounted for! Brownfield — where stupid goes to thrive.

For anyone not up to speed, there's been a group attempting to unseat two of our three selectmen. It's been a bitterly divisive few months, and immense damage has been done to the community. This disgruntled faction doesn't seem to understand the most elementary principle of rural small town life. We need each other, and therefore we need to get along.
