2023 went out with a bang in New Hampshire and Maine. Among the end of the year political fireworks were some unforgettable quotes, most of which came from one presidential candidate.

“I think it always comes down to the role of government and what the rights of the people are …” When has a candidate been taken down so abruptly by her own words and her lack of character been so exposed? And I’m not talking about Donald Trump who is, of course, in a league all his own. I’m talking about the accomplished Nikki Haley who heretofore managed to maintain some polish.
