I was shocked, horrified and offended by a column published in the Conway Daily Sun entitled "One Way Equality" by William Marvel.

For a local paper to publish a column which reflects what amounts to be racist and bigoted opinions is unconscionable. Racism and/or discrimination against people in any form should not be encouraged – and the column by Mr. Marvel encourages people to harbor racist and bigoted views – just don't talk about them outside of your own home.
