CONWAY -- Triple murderer Michael Woodbury recently admitted for the first time that he was actually committing the capital crime of carjacking when he shot three men in 2007 at the Army Barracks store in North Conway -- but prosecutors say it doesn't matter because Woodbury is already serving life in prison.

For years, Woodbury had led the public to believe that he committed the first degree murders in the commission of a robbery -- crimes that only carry a penalty of life in prison.
