June 92:09 p.m. Michelle Murray, 53, of Intervale, was arrested on Route 16 in Conway on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. June 104:47 a.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Green Hill Road in Chatham. The driver, April Louwer, 22, of Fryeburg, Maine, was southbound when she swerved to miss an animal, left the roadway and flipped the vehicle to one side. No injuries were reported. 6:51 p.m. Barney Bryant, 44, of Albany, was arrested at White Ledge Campground in Albany and charged with possession of a controlled drug, criminal mischief, reckless conduct and violation of a stalking order. 8:03 p.m. Nicholas Murphy, 19, of Gilford, was arrested on Route 11 in Gilford and charged with driving while intoxicated. June 121:29 a.m. A single-vehicle accident was reported on Hurricane Mountain Road in Bartlett. The operator, Richard Roy, 27, of Bartlett, was eastbound when his vehicle drifted across the line, crossed a lawn and came to rest against a rock wall. No injuries were reported. 1:55 a.m. Richard Roy, 27, of Bartlett, was arrested on Hurricane Mountain Road in Bartlett and charged with driving while intoxicated. 11:38 p.m. Keith Newbegin, 21, of Morrisville, N.C., was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee and charged with driving while intoxicated. June 1312:11 p.m. Garry Spencer, 23, of Conway, was arrested on East Main Street in Conway and charged with possession of a controlled drug. 9:40 p.m. Richard Bertrand, 34, of Chatham, was arrested on Route 302 in Conway and charged with possession of a controlled drug. June 142:41 a.m. Jeffrey Williams, 27, of Tamworth, was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee and charged with possession of a controlled drug. 2:41 a.m. Crosby Alward, 17, of Tamworth, was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. 2:41 a.m. Marina Vinokurova, 19, of Freedom, was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee and charged with possession of a controlled drug. 7:56 a.m. A single-vehicle accident was reported on Townhouse Road in Effingham. The operator, Kayla Eldridge, 17, of Effingham, was eastbound when it left the roadway, struck a stone wall and rolled over on its side. No injuries were reported. 7:52 p.m. Joshua Scotton, 22, of Rochester, was arrested on Route 11 in Gilford and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was taken into protective custody for intoxication. 8:30 p.m. Chad Crockett, 19, of Gilmanton, was arrested on Route 11 in Gilford and charged with internal possession of alcohol. 9:56 p.m. Charlie Robbins, 40, of Albany, was arrested on East Main Street in Conway and charged with driving while intoxicated and simple assault. June 1512:48 a.m. Rebeca Gibbons, 20, of Freedom, was arrested on Route 16 in Conway and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol. 1:09 a.m. Jason Luby, 22, of Wells, Maine, was arrested on Route 3 in Tilton and charged with operating after suspension. 1:34 a.m. Luke Quimby, 27, of Gilford, was arrested on Route 3 in Gilford and charged with driving while intoxicated. 1:34 a.m. Michael Cherchione, 27, of Gilford, was arrested on Route 3 in Gilford and charged with driving while intoxicated. 2:36 p.m. A single-motorcycle accident was reported on Route 112 in Albany. The operator, Paul Werthman, 54, of Manchester, was eastbound when he left the roadway and struck a soft shoulder, forcing Werthman to lay the motorcycle down. Werthman and a passenger were transported to Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. 6:27 p.m. Thomas Mogan, 54, of Albany, was arrested on Route 16 in Albany and charged with simple assault.
