Man accused of selling heroin twice in October arrested again

CONWAY — A man who was charged with selling heroin twice in two weeks back in October was arrested again Monday for violating bail conditions by not returning to jail once he completed drug treatment.

Ryan Stewart, 33, of Conway was initially charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell on Oct. 12. He was allegedly found with over 40 grams of heroin on his person. At that time, he was ordered held on $5,000 cash or corporate surety. The following day, he posted bond and was released.
