CONWAY — The Wall Street Journal in a story Monday questions if New Hampshire still supports freedom and uses Leavitt's Bakery as a point of concern.

The dispute centers on a mural created by Kennett High School art students, which Leavitt’s claims depicts baked goods on the front of its building. Leavitt’s Country Bakery owner, Sean Young, asserts that enforcing the sign code against his establishment based on the mural’s content and its context as a bakery constitutes a violation of the First Amendment.
