CONWAY — Cess Pool Drive, which leads to the town's former sewage treatment plant, is "heaven on earth" to the man who is pushing for a dog park in Conway.

Tim Quint told selectmen at their Tuesday meeting: "Since your November endorsement of plan for a town of Conway dog park, 135 days and 600 plus hours of work has become true labor of love. My mission statement was simple, to construct a public facility, providing a dog park for a safe, off leash and free environment without infringing on the public. And I guarantee this part will become a gem for the town of Conway."
