CONWAY — Town Manager John Eastman says the town will not release records following a right-to-know request filed by The Conway Daily Sun for information related to the recent resignations of selectmen John Colbath and Mary Carey Seavey.
In a written response dated May 20, Eastman confirmed that complaints related to personnel had been submitted to the town’s human resources official and that the town commissioned an independent investigation.
