Kathleen Stevens

God called Kathleen back to Heaven on July 4, 2026, after a courageous 16-month journey with cancer. She passed peacefully at her home in Oakwood Heights on Davis Hill in Center Conway, free from pain and surrounded by her loving family.

Our family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care Kathleen received from the Oncology staff at Memorial Hospital throughout three rounds of chemotherapy. We are especially thankful for the exceptional care and comfort provided by Carroll County Hospice during her final days at home.
