EFFINGHAM — New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan gave a talk Wednesday at the Effingham Public Library to discuss voting laws with the public and local elections officials.

Meanwhile, Conway Town Clerk Louise Inkell has issued a press release alerting inactive voters that they may need to re-register.
