TAMWORTH — Selectmen are considering a gift of 12.5 acres off Tamworth Road, owned by resident Norman Cloutier.

The land, located at 374 Tamworth Road, includes a service garage of about 2,151 square feet and a smaller wooden shed. The land and building are valued at $277,000, with a taxable land value of $168,400. The land is across from Ross Field, is owned by the Remick Country Doctor Museum and Farm.
