CONCORD — The courts had sufficient evidence of Michael Gleason Jr.’s dangerousness to hold him in preventive detention instead of releasing him on $5,000 bail before he shot and killed his wife and himself, according to a 44-page report by an internal judicial panel released Monday.

And after allowing Gleason to post $5,000 cash bail, had additional evidence that showed “further indicators of dangerousness,” which were never picked up by the court allowing him free when he killed his wife, Sandra Marisol Fuentes Huaracha, 25, at her place of work in Berlin on July 6, the report said.
