OSSIPEE — The ongoing case of an Ossipee man who is accused of killing his 33-year-old girlfriend and her 8-month-old fetus two years ago will resume Dec. 9. His first trial ended in a mistrial on Nov. 10 and now he will have to be tried again.

William Kelly's case is remarkable as it is the first time someone has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a fetus in New Hampshire, according to the state Attorney General’s Office.
