BARTLETT — “We got him,” Vicki Harlow, Bartlett School Board chair announced at the annual school district meeting Tuesday night after the board surprised retiring Josiah Bartlett Elementary School Principal Joe Voci with a plaque ... of sorts.

Voci, who has been at the helm of JBES for 23 years and is set to retire this year, had shunned the idea of a plaque in his honor.
