CONWAY — “Thirty-four years, it went by just like that,” Kevin Richard said as he snapped his fingers. “It’s been fun.”

The 58-year-old Richard, whose 34-year tenure working for the Conway School District includes the past nine as the superintendent of SAU 9, retired July 1.
