OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Superior Court judge dismissed four of the seven indictments a grand jury filed against Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Chris M. Lamb.
Lamb, 51, of Wakefield, was indicted in June 2025 on charges of unemployment compensation fraud (Class A felony), attempted unemployment compensation fraud (Class A felony), theft by deception (Class A felony) and falsifying physical evidence (Class B felony).
