JACKSON — An ordinance change to grandfather registered short-term rentals in the residential zone will be presented by the planning board at a public hearing on Jan. 8.

If passed, short-term rental properties in the residential zone that aren’t grandfathered would be limited to how many times they can be rented in a year. The change would be voted on in March.
