TAMWORTH — Dancers and musicians from across New England will gather Saturday to honor Dudley Laufman, a legendary figure in traditional music and social dancing who died July 13 at age 95.

The Second Saturday Dance will be a tribute to Laufman, who spent more than 60 years traveling from his Canterbury home to Tamworth to call dances and play music.
