JACKSON — The Jackson Police Department recently announced that on July 10, Sgt. Michael Mosher successfully completed all three components of the FBI-LEEDA Leadership Development Program.

The FBI LEEDA trilogy is a series of three leadership courses offered by the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association for law enforcement professionals: the Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute.
