OSSIPEE — A court date before which a plea agreement might be offered to a Jackson innkeeper accused of hate crimes is set for Nov. 15, after a judge agreed to postpone it 45 days.

The innkeeper, Priscilla Protasowicki, 32, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of simple assault, which were subject to "hate crime enhancement."
