CONWAY — February marked the fourth consecutive colder-than-normal month, beginning last November. Temperatures did not dip below zero as frequently as January; however, both daytime highs and overnight minimum temperatures managed to stay one to two degrees below average. A total of 12 days saw the mercury drop to the single digits or colder.
