ALBANY — With housing scarcity and the high cost of buying a home out of reach for many, the Mount Washington Valley Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to helping make that dream a reality. Its newest build is in Albany at 2443 Route 16 on land they purchased at auction in 2022.

In August 2023, the non-profit received Community Project Funding grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
