FRYEBURG, Maine — All four candidates running for three seats on the Fryeburg Water District Board of trustees support the purchase or taking by eminent domain of the privately held water works that serves the town and Poland Spring.

One candidate, William Harriman, suggests taking the truck loading facility owned by the parent of Poland Spring first.
