CONWAY — The Kennett Coders Robotics Team is scheduled to make their debut at the 2018 robotics world championship in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday as the four-day event kicks off.

Team 5106C, made up of Kennett High sophomores Kate Keefe and Chani Mores, will be among the 1,500 teams from middle schools, high schools and colleges around the world that will be competing at the championships this year. They represent the best of 22,000 teams, usually made up of two or three students, who participate in the worldwide program to promote learning about robotics, computer programming and technology.
