EATON — The two people who died when the pickup truck with a plow they were in flipped over into a brook at the southern end of Conway Lake Thursday have been identified by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office as David Condoulis, 51, and Kimberly Bowker, 56. Both are from Eaton.

Eaton resident Quddus Snyder and friends of the couple said, "Everyone knew Kim and Dave and adored them. David was Nancy Williams' nephew, one of Eaton's finest sons."
