OSSIPEE — Carroll County Sheriff Domenic Richardi was named Sheriff of the Year by New Hampshire Association of Counties. Several other Carroll County employees won awards as well.
The awards were given at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester at the New Hampshire Association of Counties on Oct. 24.
