CONWAY — From today through Aug. 4, the Conway Scenic Railroad will be celebrating the 150th anniversary of the completion of the Portland & Ogdensburg Railroad track from Portland, Maine, through Crawford Notch to Fabyan in the town of Carroll — known as “the Great Cut.”

This celebration will be capped off with the 51st anniversary of the founding of CSRR on Aug. 4, according to the tourist railroad’s marketing and events director, Brian Solomon.
