OSSIPEE — Carroll County’s administrator told Executive Councilor Mike Cryans Wednesday that he wants Concord to provide more than “crumbs” when it comes to state funding for northern New Hampshire.

Cryans (D-Hanover) defeated incumbent Joe Kenney (R-Wakefield) in the November election, 58,066-53,956. It was the fourth attempt for him in trying to beat Kenney. He took office Jan. 3.
