CONWAY — Selectmen and police are reviewing their animal control ordinances, and one possible change being discussed is the licensing of cats. New Hampshire towns have the option of forcing people to license their cats but seldom if ever utilize it.

All dogs living in Conway must be licensed annually at Conway Town Hall. The cost is $6.50 to license your spayed/neutered dog.

I think we need to license officials and give each one a shock collar to zap every time they say something stupid!
