CONWAY — It was business as usual for the Conway Police Department’s dispatch center on Wednesday, Sept. 13, only from a different location outside of the police station. Department officials successfully tested their mobile incident command unit as a full-service dispatch center while the normal center underwent a day of renovations.

“We dispatched 100 percent from the mobile command trailer without a single glitch,” Lt. Chris Mattei said.
