CONCORD — A homeless man from Conway was sentenced this week in federal court for a firearm offense, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young has announced.

Shelby Theriault, 31, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Steven McAuliffe to 24 months in federal prison and two years of supervised release. In September 2024, Theriault pleaded guilty to one count of possession of an unregistered firearm.
