CONWAY — This weekend is Maple Sugar Weekend in New Hampshire, when sap houses open their doors, inviting the public to see the process in action and sample maple treats.

And next weekend, March 22-23, is the 42nd annual Maine Maple Sunday Weekend (find a list of maple producers taking part at mainemapleproducers.com).
